All presenters must adhere to the Conference Guidelines and Presentation Policies found here.

Poster Size

 All posters must be printed; paper is recommended, the cloth versions do not attach to the poster boards well. Make sure posters are printed AO Portrait:

• Height = 1189mm
• Width = 841mm
• Pins will be provided
• Posters will be hung vertically

 

Poster Sessions

There are (4) scheduled poster sessions during the conference. You will receive your assigned session date/time and your poster number via e-mail.

Due to the large volume of submissions, Posters will be displayed for half of the conference. Your poster will either be displayed on Monday/Tuesday, during Poster Sessions 1 and 2, OR on Wednesday/Thursday during Poster Sessions 3 and 4.

EVEN NUMBER POSTERS

Poster Session 3
Wednesday, June 26
5:30 – 7:00pm

Poster Session 4
Thursday, June 27
10:00 - 10:45am

 

Odd Number Posters should be placed on Monday, June 24, between 3:00 – 5:00pm, before the Welcome Reception begins at 5:15pm. You will remove your poster on Tuesday evening at 7pm at the conclusion of the session.

Even Number Posters should be placed on Wednesday, June 26, between 8:00 – 9:30am. You will remove your poster on Thursday afternoon after 1:30pm at the conclusion of the conference.
